JSC Independent Registrar Company (hereinafter referred to as the 'Registrar') offers joint-stock companies that are its customers a range of electronic services that greatly facilitate interaction with the Registrar and make it easier to monitor the status of the register and obtain information on various events and developments.

Most of these services are based on the exchange of legally valid electronic documents using the Registrar's Electronic Document Management System (IRC's EDMS). Depending on the set of functions, an enhanced or simple electronic signature is used in the Services.

 Interaction, based on simple electronic signature

Issuer’s personal account with simple electronic signature – is a digital channel of interaction between issuer and registrar, that secures paperless documentary interchange within information requests and general shareholders meeting support. 

Functional modules:
1. Documentary interchange with the registrar
2. Preparation of general shareholders meeting

To connect the service, you need to:
1. Accept Terms and conditions
2. Provide IRC with an application and POA for use of Issuer's Personal Account for every user




 EDMS with strengthened electronic signature

A web application designed to organize a two-way flow of legally valid electronic documents within NRK's EDMS on the basis of an enhanced electronic signature.
The service makes it possible to generate standardized requests for information from the register and non-standardized documents and submit them to the Registrar, monitor execution, and receive reports relevant to the request. 

To connect the service, you need to:
1. Become a member of IRC's EDMS
2. Accept the rules for the use of ComIssuer



 
 Prompt Notification Service


An additional service in the ComIssuer Issuer's Personal Account designed to set up notifications to be sent to the Issuer's authorized representative if the Registrar has received any type of documents and notices of the expiration of the powers of authorized representatives. When an event occurs, the Issuer's representative receives a message in the ComIssuer Issuer's Personal Account, as well as a text message and/or an email.

You can access the service by using an enhanced electronic signature.

To connect the service, you need to:
1. Become a member of the Registrar's EDMS
2. Accept the rules for the use of ComIssuer




 
 Remote access to information on shareholders' meetings

A web application that allows authorized employees of the issuer to obtain information on the progress of absentee voting at a general meeting of shareholders and on the outcome of the voting, including for each shareholder and each item on the agenda of the general meeting of shareholders.

You can access the service by using an enhanced electronic signature. 

To connect the service, you need to:
1. Become a member of the Registrar's EDMS





 Simple electronic signature service


A web application designed to organize a one-way exchange of legally valid electronic documents with the Registrar (Issuer -> Registrar). The service makes it possible to send standardized requests and non-standardized documents to the Registrar, which eliminates paperwork and the need to submit orders in paper format. Entities forming part of a corporate group can use the same account. Responses to requests are provided in normal mode.

The service functions on the basis of a simple electronic signature.

To connect the service, you need to:
1. Read the Rules for Accessing and Using the ComIssuer Light Service of NRK
2. Apply for the key
3. Get the activation text message on your phone 
4. Come to NRK's office and get the electronic signature key personally



 
  Electronic voting at shareholders' meetings


The ComVoting electronic voting service allows issuers to arrange the receipt of voting ballots from shareholders electronically and to monitor absentee voting at general shareholders' meetings.
Shareholders complete the electronic ballot form on the Shareholder's Personal Account (ComHolder) page; the progress of absentee voting is monitored through the ComMeeting web application.
To provide shareholders with access to the electronic voting service, it is necessary to:
1. Amend the Charter of the company to allow electronic voting
2. Connect shareholders to the Shareholder's Personal Account (ComHolder) web service, through which they can access the service

Remote access to information on the progress of dividend payments


ComRegister is a web application that enables the issuer's authorized employees to obtain remote access to information on the status of dividend payments for each period of payment, including for each recipient of income, as well as to remotely generate summary statistical reports, including the register balance.
